Rob Aguero-Hoffman, the owner and head coach of Lift Positive Fitness, has always had a passion for fitness and helping people.
As the son of two teachers he often jokes that teaching is in his blood which is exactly how he approaches working with his fitness clients, he teaches them while simultaneously providing a great environment to learn filled with enthusiasm and support.
